Pembrey Training Dome, built to train air gunners in WW2, sited in the Old Pembrey Airfield .The Dome is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and Grade 2 listed. It is the only surviving dome in Wales and one of only 6 UK wide out of 44 built originally. Entry is free to the dome and there will be guided tour and experts will tell you the story of the dome. Refreshments will be available.please follow the 'DOME' signs to the gate. please note as this is a working farm , unfortunately , dogs are not allowed
